General Assembly 2022

The ISOCS General Assembly will take place on Monday 30 May 2022, at 5 PM at Congress center, Aveiro, Portugal, as part of the ISOEN Conference.

1) It is stated that – Il est précisé que

• All ISOEN participants are invited to attend the ISOCS General Assembly, but only ISOCS members have an individual voting right.
  Tous les participants d’ISOEN sont invités à assister à l’assemblée générale d’ISOCS, mais seuls les membres d’ISOCS possèdent un droit de vote individuel.
• Membership of the Chairs is open to individual members. This call for applications will stay open until April 30^th. During this period written applications must be sent to the ISOCS Secretary.
  Peuvent être membres Représentants les membres actifs. Le présent appel à candidatures reste ouvert jusqu’au 30 avril. Pendant cette période, les candidatures doivent être soumises par écrit au Secrétaire.
• ISOCS shall improve the Gender equality, and would like to recruit people in their mid-career in the Steering Committee. People who fall under this profile are therefore welcome to apply.
  ISOCS doit améliorer l’égalité des sexes et souhaite recruter des personnes dans leur milieu de leur carrière dans le Conseil d’Administration. Les personnes correspondant à ce profil sont donc bienvenues à soumettre leur candidature.

2)   Agenda – Ordre du jour

Only the items on the agenda can be legally voted.
Seuls les points inscrits à l’ordre du jour pourront faire valablement l’objet d’un vote.

• Report by the Treasurer on its management and submission of the balance sheet for the approval of the General Assembly
  Rapport financier et de gestion du Trésorier, soumis à l’approbation de l’Assemblée Générale.
• Decision on membership fees; the Executive board will present a proposal for approval by the General Assembly.
  Décision sur les cotisations ; le Bureau présentera une proposition de nouveaux tarifs de cotisations annuelles, soumis à l’approbation de l’Assemblée.
• Election of the Executive board (The President will automatically become Past President)
  Élection du Bureau (Le Président actuel devient automatiquement Ancien Président).
• Election of the Chairs (The Chair of the next edition of the ISOEN conference automatically becomes an ISOCS Chair for a period of two years, not renewable).
  Élection des représentants (le responsable du prochain congrès ISOEN devient automatiquement représentant ISOCS pour une durée de deux ans, non renouvelable).
