DESCRIPTION:VII International Workshop on Semiconductor Gas Sensors\n\n\n\nKraków\, Poland\, September 12 – 16\, 2010\n\n\n\nOrganized by the European Centre of Excellence CESIS and the National Centre of Excellence NANOMET at the Institute of Electronics Silesian University of Technology\, Gliwice\, Poland under the auspices of the Polish Vacuum Society \n\n\n\nThis is the seventh edition of newest series of interdisciplinary conferences devoted to all aspects of semiconductor gas sensors and systems. Following on from the success of six recent events organized bi-annually since 1998\, this meeting planned for 3 days scientific programme will be also devoted to reviewing the latest achievements and trends in science\, technology and application of semiconductor gas sensors with special emphasis to the problem of nanostructured systems\, as well as to identifying emerging and future areas of development in this exciting field. \n\n\n\nFurther information is available at www.sgs.polsl.pl
